Bridging the Gap
Grasp Your
Suppliers' Key Relationships.
One thing I notice about different cultural backgrounds is that European customers don’t ask private things about factories or suppliers, apart from maybe talking about kids briefly. But know nothing more about a supplier’s personal life. From a Western perspective, I can see that this might be thought of as invasive and against cultural norms.
In China, this will be related to factory capacity, as well as factory relocation caused by some conflicts between tenants and landlords.
Supply Chain Insights
Be ware
ownership of production land.
